The Operational Coordination is responsible for following the works of the PDDI-RMBH, assisting the General Coordination to ensure the integration among the sub-teams, the delivery of the PDDI’s products on schedule and the flux of financial resources.

 

Among the specific tasks of the team are: organize reunions and public meetings; guarantee the delivery of the products within the stipulated time; allow the circulation of information within the team.
